Segundo Mesa Castillo is a Specialist in Neurology; he has worked for 10 years in the Institute of Neurology of Havana, Cuba. He has worked with Electron Microscopy on Schizophrenia for 32 years. He was awarded with the International Price of the Stanley Foundation Award Program and for the Professional Committee to work as a fellowship position in the Laboratory of the Central Nervous System Studies, National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Stroke under Dr. Joseph Gibbs for a period of 6 months, National Institute of Health, Bethesda, Washington DC USA.

Giulio Tarro graduated from Medicine School, Naples University (1962), Italy. Research Associate, Division of Virology and Cancer Research, Children’s Hospital (1965-1968), Assistant Professor of Research Pediatrics, College Medicine (1968-1969), Cincinnati University, Ohio. Oncological Virology Professor, Naples University (1972-1985). Chief Division Virology (1973-2003), Head Department Diagnostic Laboratories, (2003-2006). D. Cotugno Hospital for Infectious Diseases, Naples; Emeritus (2006). Since 2007 Chairman Committee of Biotechnologies and VirusSphere, World Academy Biomedical Technologies, UNESCO, Adjunct Professor Department Biology, Temple University, College of Science and Technology, Philadelphia, recipient of the Sbarro Health Research Organization lifetime achievement award (2010). President, Foundation de Beaumont Bonelli for Cancer Research. His basic researches have been concerned with antigens induced early during the replication cycle of human herpesviruses. Another study has involved the identification, isolation and characterization of specific virus-induced tumour antigens, which were the "finger-prints" left behind in human cancer. Achievements include patents in field; discovery of Respiratory Syncytial Virus in infant deaths in Naples and of tumor liberated protein as a tumor associated antigen, 55 kilodalton protein overexpressed in lung tumors and other epithelial adenocarcinomas.

Dr Atmaram Bandivdekar completed Ph D Degree from Mumbai University. Post-Doctoral Fellow and Carrier fellow at Population Council, New York. Visiting scientist at UC Davis Primate Center. Published more than 90 papers in peer reviewed journals and also the book and two conference proceedings. Also have six National and International awards for his scientific contributions.

Research Interest :

The major research contributions in the field of Fertility regulation and understanding mechanism of sexual transmission and pathogenesis of HIV. Developed non surgical method of fertility regulation by antifertility vaccine using synthetic Peptide of sperm specific protein of molecular size 80kDa. Active and passive immunization using the synthetic peptide induced immunological infertility in rat, rabbits, Mormosets and male and female bonnet monkeys. Developed recombinant vaccine which elicited significant cell mediated and humeral immune responses against HIV. Also developed formulation for prevention of sexual transmission of HIV using Mannan, TAK-779 and AMD-3100

Dr. El Hadji Seydou Mbaye was born in 1978 in Kaolack a region of Senegal. During 2008-2013, he persued his PhD in Biology and Human Pathologies with the collaboration of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) /WHO, Lyon (France); 2006-2007 : Master of Life and Health, Specialty Biology of microorganisms, Virology in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2005-2006 : Master of Life and Health, option of Immunophysiopathology in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2004-2005 : License of Biochemistry in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2002-2004 : General Degree in Sciences and Technologies in University of METZ (France). He was certified by the Federation International of Gynecology Obstetrics (FIGO), the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE, www.acoe.be), the Institute Catalan of Oncology (ICO) for cervical cancer prevention in support of Continuing Medical Education for physicians. These credits are also recognised as Physician’s Recognition Award (AMA PRA Category 1 credits) by the American Medical Association. He was certified, by the United Nations for Basic Notion of Security on the Ground-Protection, Health and behavior, by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)/World Health Organization, Lyon (France) for Safety Certificate. He has published 1 Book with a style of philosophical story. Author of the world program against cancer in low and middle incomes countries, he is first authoring of more than 90 articles published in reputed journals. He is Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Immunology, associate membership of the World Society for Virology and also, member of BCNet International Working Group, International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)/World Health Organization (WHO).
