Achievements include patents in field; discovery of Respiratory Syncytial Virus in infant deaths in Naples and of tumor liberated protein as a tumor associated antigen, 55 kilodalton protein overexpressed in lung tumors and other epithelial adenocarcinomas.

He was certified, by the United Nations for Basic Notion of Security on the Ground-Protection, Health and behavior, by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)/World Health Organization, Lyon (France) for Safety Certificate. He obtained his master degree from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine/University of London, and then obtained his PhD degree in 2000 from Kings College Medical School/University of London, in the field of Immune Gene Therapy of Cancer under the supervision of Professor Farzin Farzaneh.
